Here's a neat little web service: build your own OSHA-compliant safety sign. This free web-bot requires you to register, but when you log in, you can customize any kind of danger, warning, or caution signage, and it delivers a full sized pdf.

Thanks a lot, Bob. Now Austen's room is plastered with a dozen "authentic" warning signs (my favorite: Danger: Testing Visual Effects for New Movie) and his color ink cartridge is nearly depleted.
